We are discriminting buyers. Robin Thomas, showed us only homes that meet our desired discription. From each house shown us she learned quickly what we where looking for and narrowed her search. Everyday she had several homes for us to view. When she could no long find anything in MLS she used her exprience and looked up old expried listing. Where she found a house that we made a offer. There where several issues concerning the use of the property that needed clarification and Robin worked hard with TVA and the seller to reslove issues. She negoitated for us a great deal, and was never hesident to do our bidding. Robin worked closely with us throught the entire process for offer to inspection, and resloving issues, worked well for the seller as well, and when the time came for close of escrow everything went very will.
