Robin exceeded all of our expectations during the sale of our house. Robins experience as a realtor and her professionalism made the entire process go smoothly. Before listing our house, Robin suggested a number of simple updates to make our house more appealing to buyers. This allowed us to get a higher sales price than we anticipated. Robin also provided us with a number of tips and recommendations when staging the house that made our house look stunning. Robin utilized a professional photographer which resulted in incredible photos. These were posted to all of the top real estate websites. Robin also put together an amazing, professionally produced, glossy brochure to assist in the marketing of the house. Robin held a number of open houses, including an open house specifically for realtors in the area who might have clients that would be interested. She kept us up to date every step along the way.
