Miss Robin was and is a bright star, and a sigh of relief. Our search for a new home in the Houston area started a little tuff, and a little frustrating, until I made a phone call to Robin Rash. After our initial conversation with Robin my wife and I hung up the phone and said SHE?s THE ONE! Robin hit the streets running showed us many homes and finally saved the best for last. Like she new it would be the one for us both. We are both very happy and satisfied with the work Robin put in. And to this day even after the hunt is over. Miss Robin swooped in out of nowhere (like a brilliantly feathered robin sent from my Father in Heaven) to solve this housing problem for us when I was at a point where I felt helpless during my search for a house. With her beautiful smile, and sweetly reassuring, optimistic voice, her gentle song helped to make that whole time far less stressful. We had been so afraid that we would end up stuck having to renew the lease another year in our dilapidating townhouse. The kitchen sink was under a window pane that had exposed wood, that was literally chipping away daily. We had spent Christmas Eve and day mopping up water that was seeping from the pre-existing hole in the bathtub upstairs, so we were miserable and very ready to move from the overpriced place. Other realtors didn?t seem to want to spend the time helping us find a house, because we did not have a huge pre-approved VA loan to work with, and literally no money for down payment. We were also still in the lease at the townhouse we lived in during that troubling time. When we told Miss Robin this, she was quick to not only make sure that we felt like valuable human beings, but then proceeded to prioritise us, letting us know in more than words that she would make sure that we get the best treatment from her; she proved that she genuinely does care for military veterans. My family and I wish to express our gratitude to Miss Robin and her team (supernatural AND human) for going above and beyond to make sure that we were able to move into a home here at Breckinridge Forest. We feel extremely blessed, because we have been treated like nothing less than family, in that Miss Robin made it her personal duty to make sure that we got into a brand new smart house in a safe neighbourhood; far beyond my expectations. She took good care of us. I had not dealt with a lease in over 20 years so she helped me to figure out how to work with the townhouses property management so that we would get out of the lease on time. Then, Father sent a family just in time to take over the lease so that we would move into the new house on time. We had plenty of houses to choose from, and Miss Robin made sure to carefully listen to both of our preferences in order to cater the search to our needs. Her assistant Michaela is the sweetest ever, with super neat handwriting, and we are certain she will have a bright future in real estate, because she has the best agent to train her. Michaela made sure that we had the most detailed, up to date lists of potential houses from which to choose from. Miss Robin even went as far as to call my loan officer and convinced her into raising my pre-approval by $90,000, which all of a sudden opened up a whole other menu of houses that wouldn?t have been possible without her intervention!!! Seriously, one can?t ask for a better negotiator than Miss Robin. She negotiated with the builders to make sure that we had brand new appliances placed in the house!! They fought at first! But, when they gave in, we were graciously supplied with top of the line whirlpool fridge, stove, washer and dryer, AND microwave ? it brings me to tears thinking of how loved everyone made us feel. Her professionalism is off the charts. One can?t ask for a better friend, confidant, and mother-figure; she can be depended upon, and trusted to do the best for you, and not her pocket alone. If you choose Miss Robin as a realtor, you will not have any regrets? we certainly don?t. The Robin: indicates a symbol of new beginnings, and a sign of good things to come. Rash: means quick. It took Miss Robin less than six months to find a house for us, and it was in Spring, Texas. Spring means new beginnings. I?d be real blind to not see my eternal Father?s heavy hand in all of this, and I am grateful to Miss Robin for her unwavering service of love to us? we pray that herself, and her descendants, are blessed extraordinarily.
