Robin was a great agent to work with. It started out a little rocky as she wanted documentation of what I was approved for prior to showing any houses. At that time my interest level was limited. I understood her risk of not wanting to take the time show someone a house that may or may not be approved to purchase with a lender. Once I got her a document stating that I would be approved for aEURoexaEUR? dollars, the process has started to pick up. She showed us the houses we were interested in. My family made a decision, and we started the process of buying a house. There were some bumps along the way, and Robin was extremely responsive and talked us through every step. Robin was a dual agent and with the negotiations I was happy with what we settled on, but I do think we could have gotten a better deal. I'm not complaining though because the deal she got us was fair for all parties involved. Robin has been thorough in the process and has gained my trust. I could see working with her again in the future, and I would like to recommend her to all my colleagues coming to the area.
