About Robin Edmunds

Since 2004, I have been a real estate agent in your community. What I love most about being a realtor is meeting so many wonderful new friends and helping them achieve their home ownership dreams. As a lifetime resident of the Willamette Valley, I have extensive knowledge of the surrounding communities. This provides a unique outlook when helping my clients buy or sell their homes. I have been married for over 30 years to an excavation contractor which gives me a better understanding of the construction aspect of real estate transactions as well. Through raising 3 boys as well as caring for 8 wonderful grandchildren, I have developed strong negotiation skills that benefit my clients. This was a particularly tough sell, because we live in New Hampshire and had to rely on Robin to handle all the issues, including keeping the property in shape, dealing with a tenant, handling some problems with the water quality, and negotiating a fair and final deal. Robin did it all, and did it superbly. She is the best realtor we ever had, and we had many over the years.
