I have been selling Real Estate for 14+ years and love what I do! I started my career in Connecticut where I grew up, also sold Real Estate in California and of course Florida. My parents have lived in Florida for over a decade and when their health started declining, I moved my family here to help out and be closer. Although I work with buyers and sellers, my specialty is in listing and marketing homes. Over the years, I have learned just what it takes to squeak every last penny out of the homes I list and can guarantee that no other out agent can match my marketing plan. More marketing equals more money at the closing table for my seller-clients! Real Estate is my full-time profession, I take my job very seriously but also take time to enjoy the journey and all the new acquaintances and friends I make along the way. When I'm not selling Real Estate, I enjoy time with my husband and 6 year old daughter.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Experience counts! Ask the agent your hire how many homes they have sold in the past year. Just because an agent has had a license for a long time, does not necessarily mean they sell a lot of homes. Hiring the wrong agent could cost you your deposit or worse... your dream Home
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire a full-time agent who specializes is listing homes and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COMPROMISE ON THIS ONE THING... Professional photographs; taken by a photographer, with a tri-pod/photo shoot set up in your home. If the agent you hire is not planning on investing the $200 to take good photos for you, they will be cutting corners elsewhere as well. Photos are your FIRST impression of your home to the world
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I sell homes in all price ranges and to all types of people. I have listed foreclosures for banks and asset management companies, probates and trusts for heirs and families, first time buyers needing grant assistance, buyers looking for a 2nd home or retirement property, sellers looking to downsize, relocate or just simply looking for the most profitable way to capitalize on their home sale.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I received a call from a gentleman who had lost his mother and needed to sell his moms home and all the contents within. The home was NOT in show-ready condition when he hired me. My staff and I staged the home, de-cluttered, filled in the empty holes where the family had taken furniture & personal items and completely transformed the look of the home from tired and cluttered to modern and marvelous! The home sold for substantially over asking price and in just days thanks to my complimentary staging. I also helped the owners make thou$ands more above and beyond the home sale by selling the home contents for them. My staff and I handled absolutely everything from cleaning, repairs, staging, personal property sales to closing. My clients were thrilled with the end result and are my best cheerleaders to date! 5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a marketing executive for AT&T for many years in Connecticut and knew there was a ceiling to how far I could grow with my career there. I made a leap of faith into real estate and have never looked back--best career move I could have made!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I invested tens of thousands into real estate continuing education and coaching. I have been mentored by the best and brightest Real Estate Brokers, Consultants and Coaches in the business and am constantly looking for new ways to best serve my clients
