Robin is an excellent Realtor. My last interaction with Robin was my third real estate transaction involving Robin and her team on Nov 8th 2024. I have worked with Robin in all areas of the home buying process. Robin has been a listing agent on a home I sold, a listing agent on a house I bought, and, recently, was the buyer agent on my current home. I have never known Robin to be late and Robin was very hands-on. Robin and her team are fast and very efficient. Robin has excellent insight and knows what it takes to get the most financial return for any home. Robin really looks out for her clients. Robin approaches her clients home buying/selling process as if Robin was purchasing or selling the home for herself. Robin has excellent resources available to answer any questions on repairs, remodeling, staging, timelines, and inspections. Robin can provide excellent recommendations on design changes and even services you may need performed after closing. If there is something you need during this home buying or home selling process, you have no worries because Robin will get it done for you.

She comes in very complimentary. Claims to have a very high rated team. But then her staff is sub par. She is never on time for anything including coming to the closing She doesnt listen to her clients needs as well. Its her way or the highway.
