Robin was very diligent from the beginning, which is honestly admirable because we as buyers tend to forget that agents have numerous clients besides ourselves along with the time that has to be made for a private life aside from the line of work that's being done. Her will to commute, and study a property thoroughly (if she doesn't have all of the knowledge she would want to have of it already) also shows when it comes down to showing and negotiating. Her personality also brings life into a business that can be stressful and at times too linear, which was the most important thing to us due to the reassurance it provides.Without a doubt, she'll be honest with you for your best interests, whether it's something you would want to hear or not, but will hustle up for you all the way from the showing to the closing table. This was our first time buying a home, but I asked numerous homeowners and did independent research beforehand so that I wouldn't completely enter the market blindly during this insane time. That is what lead my fianceA(C) and I to choose Robin and we never looked around whatsoever after that.On a side note, she was the only agent (and coincidentally the very last agent we ever met) that gave us more than a business card. The guidance towards getting the pieces needed for the homebuying process together ended up excellent all around the board.Would absolutely love to sell / buy through again!

I can't describe in words how much we enjoyed working with Robin in the sale of our home. During the emotional and stressful time of selling, Robin was supportive, understanding and encouraging all through the process.Robin is professional, prompt, patient and knowledgable in all aspects of the real estate business which helped in our successful process. It's so important to have the overall picture in mind and a plan to get there, which Robin always had the vision! When the buyer was not able to complete the deal we decided to take a breather and start again after the holidays. Unbeknownst to us Robin continued to work behind the scenes and secured a new buyer. From the beginning, Robin distinguished herself from the other brokers we had spoken with because she was extremely kind, patient, and most importantly, she LISTENED to us. We told her what we were looking for in terms of price range, our aesthetic tastes, and the particular needs of our household. Unlike other brokers who tried to push houses onto us that we clearly weren't going to buy, or other brokers who sent us long lists of houses that clearly didn't meet our needs, Robin put together a curated list of a few houses that did meet our needs. From Robin's list, we found a house we fell in love with immediately and which we would never have found without her, since the house fell just a few miles out of our search range. A As we worked with Robin to negotiate a deal for our house and up until the closing date, Robin was smart, kind, and RELIABLE. She was always available by text, phone, and email, so that we never had to worry about her disappearing on us at some crucial moment, as we had experienced with some other brokers. As well, when we entered into negotiations with the seller's broker, Robin was actually able to get us a price that was lower than what we were willing to pay, so she saved us a good chunk of change!Finally, one thing we learned by working with Robin is that a broker's job extends well beyond the negotiation of the house. In the months leading up to the house closing, Robin was the person who made sure that the channels of communication were open between us, our lawyer, the seller's lawyer, and the seller's broker. For example, there was an issue with an inspection that was holding up the closing date, and if not for Robin contacting everyone, our closing date would have been delayed even more.A We are so grateful that we found Robin as our broker. In the next coming years, we are planning to buy a larger house and when that time comes, we are sure that Robin will find us the next house of our dreams.
