I was considering selling our home on my own and then I spoke to Robin Azougi and thought it would be better to go with Robin from Douglas Elliman's Plainview office. Wow, after seeing what was involved it would have been a mistake to do this on my own.Robin:- Priced our home properly. Higher than we originally thought.- Did all the work needed to present our home properly.- Worked every open house and all of the private showings herself.- Dealt with the challenging buyers who understandably were looking out for their best interest but NOT UNDERSTANDABLY, played games to do so. Robin flushed those away and worked with getting wonderful buyers / realtor which made the transfer of our home to a wonderful family much nicer process. All this while the market was teeter-tottering with the changes that were/have been happening to real estate.
