With that said, we probably did (have to) ask a lot of the first-time buyer questions, but this was also our first aEURoeNew ConstructionaEUR? purchase. So, we had a ton of questions that Kitty had to deal with and coordinate our concerns and ideas with the builders. We met in person several times throughout the process and major correspondence via email or phone call. Our primary communication method was via text message and I sent texts at all hours. Kitty was great at providing a quick and thorough response the next working day if I texted late at night, or within minutes to an hour if during the day. Kitty cannot be overworked, and I tried. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, matter-of-fact, a just a pleasure with which to work. If she doesnt know or have the answer to your question, she will find out and get back to you. Again, since this was our first aEURoeNew ConstructionaEUR?, but not our first home, most of our questions were less realtor and more children oriented. Kitty handled them all with grace and expedition. MOST STRONGLY and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kitty as a realtor in a crowded field of realtors, Kitty is tops and amazing.
