If you are buying in the Portland areaaEUR" than I dont have to tell you how difficult it is to get into a property immediately after its listed, and then get an offer drafted that day. She walked us through more than 40 homes over more than 2 years. She showed up each time within hours and just got things done so we could be the first offer submitted. She was so patient with usaEUR" but more than that she was radically honest about what she knew to be a good idea, and would tell us why we should NOT make an offer based on what she knew about us.
