I ran into issues with the sale of my house that caused a slight delay but Robert was able to get me contacts that were able to work out the issues to not cause significant delays. He was great at negotiating on my behalf for things I would never know I had the ability to do. He also gave me sound advice as to which homes I should avoid due to reasons I would never have known would be sure problems in closing or poor construction.
