We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Rob to anyone buying or selling their house. After selling our house in VA and moving back to a part of PA we weren't incredibly familiar with, we got in contact with Rob through our VA realtor. Rob helped provide us a great lay of the land for the different areas around Doylestown. Working w/ Rob, we ultimately set-out to build a home in Chalfont. He was fantastic throughout that process. Although we had bought a home once before (resale), we had never built a home before. He always made us feel we were his most important clients. He was extremely responsive and very transparent with any sort of planned personal events. He was available via phone, text, or email for any question we had, whenever we had -- which is what everyone wants out of a realtor. If he was going to be out of pocket for a short period of time, he always let us know that. In one case, heading into a weekend, we knew the builder would have some documents for us to review while Rob was out. He committed to reviewing them the very next day (after he returned from his trip) and instead reviewed them that evening he returned (a day earlier than he committed), and got back to us that night with all thoughts/concerns to consider we bring up with the builder. We honestly weren't sure at first if most people utilize a realtor when building a home, but are so glad we did and that it was Rob! Rob made the process for us, a breeze. He often thought of varying ideas to pose to the builder, that we would have never thought of on our own (one such example: asking the builder for an interest bearing account for our initial deposit on the house while the house was being built). As we picked different details of the house, he brought knowledge of potential impacts those could have from a resale value for us to consider years down the road. Additionally, while the home was being built, we were renting and originally deliberating on when the right time would be to inform the landlord of our plans to build and eventually move out according to our lease terms & conditions. My wife was nursing our infant son at the time, and we really didn't want to have to deal w/ impromptu "visitors" as prospective tenants stopping by, more than we needed to (by telling early), but we needed slightly more time under our lease to align with the delivery schedule of the home, which became a negotiation with the landlord that Rob graciously advised us on and helped us navigate to get what we needed. His negotiation skills and understanding of contract language were superb. Again, Rob was great -- responsive, paid attention to detail, was accountable, possessed strong negotiating skills -- all the things you want in a realtor!
