I can't express how grateful we are to Brenda for helping us find the property that we dreamed of for years.We've been looking for the getaway off the grid property for quite some time across a couple of different "northern" states. Then one day we saw the picture that took our breath away and that was the moment my wife and I knew we had to chase an opportunity, FAST. With COVID-19 travel was not an option, so I called Brenda and asked if it was possible to arrange a video-tour. Her sense of urgency was astonishing and she was giving me a call back from the property about two hours later after the first contact to describe what she was able to find (keep in mind off-grid, slippery roads in the rain, and all that "fun stuff"). Brenda took the beautiful detailed photos and videos and took the time to annotate them and put elaborate descriptions, making the decision-making process easier. We felt like the information we received from Brenda was trustworthy, pragmatic, and entirely free of a typical 'sales pitch'. As a matter of fact, because we knew that the property was in high demand, we were making an offer remotely, never seeing the property in person (again, because of travel restrictions at a time). And I'm very happy that we did because thanks to Brenda our offer was accepted and we were able to close the deal in virtually no time. We truly felt that Brenda went above and beyond to be our advocate and acted with high integrity to help us with the deal as if she was the buyer. In the end, our expectations have been more than fulfilled. Being a bit of a skeptical person I expected to find issues that were never brought up. But it was actually the opposite experience. Brenda is an honest and personable realtor and we will most definitely recommend her services to our friends. When the deal was closed Brenda was meeting us to give a personal tour of the property. She kept sending us tips about the area and made everything she could to make us feel welcome and comfortable in the area that's new for us. All I can say is we were very lucky to find Brenda and the entire experience was unbelievably good.

As a buyer's agent he was working for us; getting the best deal, hiring an inspector and contractor to get work done. He always followed up on everything and was never too busy to answer our questions right away, whether by text, phone or email.
