My wife and I could not have asked for more in a realtor. Bob made the experience of house hunting, purchasing, and selling stress-free. His knowledge, experience, and expertise were evident in the entire process. In our search for a new home, Bob sent us listings as soon as they came on the market and quickly arranged for tours in those homes that fit our very specific wishlist. In the purchase of our new home, Bob skillfully helped us navigate a bidding war that helped us purchase our dream home. Then, when it came time to sell our original home, Bob created an amazing 3D virtual tour, which incorporated drone shots, and pushed the listing out to multiple sights for viewings. Above all, the personal service Bob provided was the biggest comfort for us. He was always available to respond to our many questions, he was patient, he listened, and he genuinely wanted to help us find our forever home - and he did!

Bob has extensive knowledge on how to market and sell a house. We were impressed with the online pictures and presentation, we questioned at first if staging was necessary and Bob said yes, it will show better, and he was right, it really helped to sell the house. We ran into a few issues with the inspection, but Bob was able to negotiate with the buyers for a win-win outcome. Bob was responsive to our questions, and overall a pleasure to work with.

Weve known Bob for about a decade, spending time looking at homes trying to decide whether to sell or build an addition. We chose to add-on, and it was the right choice at the time. When we no longer needed the room we enlisted Bob to sell our family home and help us find a smaller place. Everybody knows a real estate agent, but not all agents have a knowledge base like Bob. He had our home staged at no charge and it made a world of difference. He has cleaners and contractors he will recommend to get your place ready for sale or your new home ready to move in. He knows the area topography, what areas are more desirable than others, and he knows the names of the builders whove put up developments over the years - all this off the top of his head. For example, we looked at a nicer home in a newer, smaller development and he knew right away that a few of the homes in there had well issues because they were drilled in the fall when the tables were higher, and come August they could run low. He can tell you what builders put nicer furnishings in as standard equipment vs upgrades. Its a comforting feeling to have someone like Bob in your corner when selling/buying real estate. Its stressful enough of a process to go through, so not having to worry about buying a home youll regret is hard to put a value on. With Bob, rest assured youll have all the information you need to make informed decisions.

I highly recommend Bob Stanton if you are ready to buy/sell real estate. A real estate transaction can be very stressful and is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
