Sam is a very best of the best! He helped me to sell a property that has been a millstone around my neck for over 20 years. My husband dropped dead in an antique mall in Duluth Minnesota on his way to the cabin. I was left with this cabin with no running water, no electricity, 20 acres in the middle of the woods. The closest neighbors were over a mile away. Budd love to fish and would trailer his boat to whatever lake he fancied. A small stream ran through the property where he could catch native Brown trout. Echo Lake was filled with rainbow trout. He might have died on the lake in the boat or along the stream while he was fishing. I'm a firm believer in you pick your time and you pick your place. I was left with this wooded 20 acres in the middle of the forest with no electricity and no running water. Sam sold it in very bad shape for twice as much as I would have gotten in my best dream. Cash. We listed it while I was in a TCU recovering from a cerebral hemorrhage and a broken clavicleI. The photos were from my phone. Not the best I had. Sam listed it on Friday afternoon and it was sold by Sunday afternoon; with many many inquiries. One month later I'm still receiving calls about selling the property. I would highly recommend Sam to sell anything to anybody. Sam has a magic touch. He sold a friend's townhouse in less than a week. And within two weeks found a new detached house for her to buy.
