From fine-tuning my search criteria, flexible showing scheduling, pointing out positives/negatives of each home, and even helping me through the lender approval process.Believe it or not, he actually dissuaded me from putting in offers on less-favorable properties (which is crazy because realtors generally WANT people to buy right away)! He was truly committed to ensuring that I found the home that I wanted, not necessarily what was on sale at the time.Regarding the home I ended up purchasing, I was able to get an offer accepted on the second day the home was listed (unbelievable given the current bidding wars)! We viewed the property on the second day on market, and I loved it. Robert called the listing agent right after the showing and was able to get them to accept our offer without looking at any other offers (again, crazy)! The selling price was right around the listing price, and I didn't have to put in an outlandish offer. Due to the quick acceptance, I was able to lock-in the interest rate right before rates skyrocketing!Robert has first-hand experience in buying/selling homes as a real estate investor and homeowner - his insight on various aspects of homeownership and maintenance were much appreciated. His straight-forward demeanor and genuine concern for my best interests were refreshing compared to some of the other agents I've worked with and ultimately landed me in a great home - thanks for everything Robert!!
