It was a pleasure working with Mr Hughes! He was the listing agent for the property that my husband an I were interested in. Very kind demeanor from the very beginning (far from carsaleman like).Extremely professional and super fast with communication! We spoke with him first on a Wednesday morning, immediately after he sent us an email with additional properties to consider in addition to the ones we had already found. There was some bad weather so he rescheduled and kept his word each time. We met on that Sat, he was so quick an organized that we were able to put in an offer on two and still Meer our deadline for moving. When he came Saturday he had all the properties lines up and ready to view, we didn't have to wait around or fumble through properties, so efficient!!! Gave us respect/privacy to discuss our thoughts about the property alone. Within a week he had secured us a place in our desired budget and location. We enjoyed working with Rob. He was attentive and someone we felt like we could trust. The only critique we would give is being more patient and understanding why people would like to be as thorough as they are. We have worked with a few people in the past that didnt cater to our needs / didnt ask the correct questions / didnt confirm something well enough and that has always bit us in the butt. Just being patient in circumstances like buying a house or renting should also take priority when working with people. However, we understand why this doesnt take priority in most situations, especially when youre showing 20 people an apartment and only 1 is actually serious.
