I was looking to purchase a Condo in the Germantown area for my daughter and Daniel was the first one to respond to my inquiry. He was very knowledgable about Montgomery county which was very good for me since I live out-of-state. He arranged for my daughter and I to look at a list of condos we were interested in. He discussed the different amenities in the area and even pointed out some drawbacks about specific properties that didn't fit our needs. He was patient and never did we feel rushed. Once we found a place, he continued to answer questions for us during the process. He also answered a question we had the following day. At closing, he remember a comment my daughter made and presented her with a thoughtful housewarming gift. If I ever am in the market to purchase in Montgomery county again, I would surely call Daniel.

Carolyn helped us buy our first house in 2018, and our experience with her was excellent. That's why when it was time to sell and find a new home, we didn't hesitate to choose her as our agent again. Once more, we were incredibly impressed by her dedication and level of service. She began by advising us on the renovations for our townhome, suggesting a manageable project that maximized our listing price. When our house went on the market, we received seven offers the first weekend, with the highest being $25,000 over the asking price. Regarding the purchase of our new home, Carolyn was always available to answer questions and highly flexible when scheduling viewings. Once we found the home we loved, she helped us craft a strong, yet reasonable, offer that allowed us to outbid other interested parties. She also provided excellent recommendations for a title company and home inspector. When a major issue arose during the inspection, she quickly secured the seller's and their agent's commitment to fix it. Even when things go smoothly, selling and buying a home is a very stressful process!
