From List date to Close of Escrow in 48 days. BOOM! We met with various realtors to list our Mother's home in the Ladera Heights area of Los Angeles. I do my due diligence, and after reviewing all "resumes," including sales results for the past 24 months, it was quite obvious that Robert Pitts was "THE GO TO REALTOR" for this area. Almost all of his listings closed escrow within 60 days and most went for at or above listing price, as did ours! Robert has a unique way of listing/marketing/showing his homes. He eliminates the looky-loos, the casual drive by on a Sunday or the walk in neighbors "let's look at open houses and get a feel for what they have done to the house and how much are they asking for it." The people coming to properties listed by Robert are ready to buy, they are serious buyers who understand in advance that they can't take their time if the house is right for them. It may be a hot market, but you still have to know the area, the market, and understand the demands of the client.
