ZillowVERIFIEDI had a very disappointing experience working with Robert. He set expectations that he did not meet. He explained he wakes up at 3 AM and reads his emails to plan out the day. I sent him a list of houses I wanted to see on Monday, on Tuesday I never received any responses to the emails I sent. In the afternoon on Tuesday, he said he would call me at 5:30 pm, at 6 pm I reached out to him. I explained I just needed a contract drafted on a home I had already seen. I asked to schedule the rest of the homes. He said he would get back to me the next day. He never reached back out. I only continued to receive the automatic emails of listings. I understand the market is on another level, but he should not take on clients he does not have the time to work with. I am extremely organized and had all my finances in order, all I needed was an advocate that cared. I do not recommend him for first time homebuyers.
