ZillowVERIFIEDAfter using another realtor for 3 months, we switched to Robert and had our offer accepted on a house within 2 months (in the crazy Bay Area pandemic market)! We had an amazing experience with him throughout the process. Robert took a lot of time to learn every detail of what we hoped for and needed in a home. He was patient with questions and talking through options. Robert is an expert on Oakland but also on houses specific to Oakland (ie earthquake risks, permitting, ADUs). He was great at guiding us, but we never felt pushed to put an offer on any house. In fact, he was very transparent when he had concerns about a house we were touring and would discourage us from even seeing a house he didn't think was the right fit/out of our price range. We found that he was very communicative with selling agents and seemed to have solid relationships within the real estate community. When it came to submitting an offer, we found Robert's strategy effective, and he was in constant contact with us and the selling agent. Overall, we really enjoyed the process with him. He's down to earth, trustworthy, and someone you don't mind spending entire days touring houses with. We would highly recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again!
