ZillowVERIFIEDAfter my wife and I found our dream home, we decided to make an offer price based on the listing price (which we found out later was well above what it sold for). A friend of mines referred us to Robert and had him submit the offer on our behalf going against what he thought was a reasonable initial offer. After a few days, the seller accepted our offer without countering. Robert immediately told us the seller most likely did not have many (if any) competitive offers. We instantly felt buyers remorse and Robert continued to advise us on how we can buy the house at a lower price than we initially offered (at the end, we saved $22,500 with Roberts guidance). Since there was a number of disagreements with the unreasonable seller that almost had both parties walk away, Robert was generous enough to use $8,000 from his commission to settle the difference. Who does that? I cant thank Robert enough for helping my wife and I buy our forever home and saving us tens of thousands of dollars.

ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Mr. Ng recently by a friend. I was already halfway through a transaction and questions were piling up. Robert took the time to explain things to me that I had not considered. He has insights into the home buying process you will not get with many agents. There's a big difference between Robert and the many agents out there looking to make a quick buck. He knows NYC real estate as well as can be hoped for. Can't recommend him enough.
