Dawn and Robert have done it again! This dynamic duo helped us buy our home a few years ago and were excellent. Recently my husband was offered a job cross country so we prepared to move and sell our house. We didnt even consider using anyone other than Robert and Dawn again! The first time around they were efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful--we needed the same tlc when selling our house too. Robert did a great job listing our house for a lucrative, but still appropriate price. The appraisal came in at almost the same amount he suggested! The pictures and description he provided really made our house seem like an ideal buy--which it was. They did a great job at navigating all of our offers and helped us select the most reliable, beneficial buyer for our circumstances. I could not recommend these two highly enough. Robert and Dawn Morris have helped me sell my first home in 2009, and they have been my realtors since then. I have purchased and sold two more homes with their help and my husband and I have recently purchased our new home in February. I couldnt have done it without them. With selling and purchasing my homes throughout the years, Robert and Dawn have made everything so easy. All I ever had to do was sign paperwork and go on with my day while they took care of everything, and they really looked out for me and my family. Once they get to know you and know the type of home you like, they are instantly on top of it and have a list of homes ready for you to take a look at. They have never failed me or my family and they know exactly what type of home Im looking for, the location or general area I would like to be at, and the type of floor plan that is well suited for my family. They are not just great realtors but they are good people. When you work with them you form a wonderful friendship and thats when you know you are in good hands. They are also very honest with you and give you their professional advice even if that means they would be losing out on making a big commission. Its not about money to them its about making their clients happy. My husband and I were having issues with the dishwasher and the laundry room door. They contacted the company that supposedly repaired the laundry room door and asked them to come back out and to fix it ASAP for us, and it was done! Then they called the home warranty company for us regarding the dishwasher and they were able to get a technician out to our home ASAP. When the technician told us the dishwasher had to be replaced and the home warranty company told us that they werent sure when we would get a replacement or a check for a new dishwasher, Robert and Dawn went out of their way to go and buy us a new dishwasher, with installation and all. I dont know any realtor that would do that for their clients. I am so happy where we are at right now and Dawn and Robert just knew how much my family and I would love this home. Thank you for being not just amazing realtors but human beings as well! We definitely highly recommend Robert and Dawn Morris, that is if you want honesty, dependability, people that look out for your best interest, and if you want to save time and money.
