We placed offers on two other homes before and our offer was accepted on the third home. Various repairs, including a few major deficiencies, were identified by an inspector Robert referred to us, All of our questions were answered truthfully. At no time did my wife or I have less than 100% trust in Robert personally and as a Realtor. Robert negotiated with the Seller to repair the following: Holes in external siding. (Affected siding replaced.) Holes in Window well covers. (Covers replaced.) Siding around gas pipe needs to fit properly and sealed. (Work completed) Double-tapped breaker in the basement subpanel needs to be corrected. (Work completed.) One broken truss in attic needs to be repaired IAW building code standards. (work completed.) Radon levels in property exceed EPA standards. Seller agrees to have radon remediation performed. (Radon remediation completed.)
