We were not sure on a lot of steps because its our first home and Rob always responded to our questions promptly and without judgement. He took us to multiple homes and helped us submit multiple offers before we got one. Each time he gave us his opinion on what would be a competitive offer within our spending range. He was always respectful of how much we wanted to spend and was realistic with what that meant in the sellers market which we really appreciated. He gave us his opinion, explained our options but always left the decisions to us and would follow through with what we asked him to do.
