We knew of him by reputation, but wanted to meet with him face to face. He visited our house, explained the way he operates, and instantly, we knew we were in good hands. He went through our house room by room, made suggestions on making the house more presentable to potential buyers, etc. He brought in his people, who took care of everything professionally, and cost effectively.His photographer was amazing! Bottom line- the day our house went on the market, we had 3 offers, including one well above asking price. House sold-end of story! Five stars is insufficient to describe how happy and fortunate we were to have Robert as our realtor, and how highly we recommend him.
