Robert has an absolutely amazing team! Right from the very beginning, Robert took care to understand my needs and my situation and came up with a custom and comprehensive plan for preparing and selling my condo. He set up visits from all of the required people to get the house into shape to sell. I needed to move of the area, but fortunately Robert was able to manage the workmen to prepare and stage the house in my absence. I did not need to worry, as I was in amazing hands! By the time that his contacts were done with the place, it looked far nicer than at any point when I owned it! When it was time to go on the market, we immediately got a great offer from a nice family buying their first starter home. The entire selling process went amazingly smooth, much smoother than when I bought the place! Robert also was happy to help out with anything I could think of. I forgot to pack my welcome mat that I could not easily replace, but Robert came to the rescue to ship it to me! He even put me in touch with a CPA to help me with my taxes for the sale of my place! My only regret is that I am no longer in Southern California to get Robert's help with buying a new place! If I ever have a friend in Southern California looking for a real estate agent, I will not hesitate to recommend him!
