Once we chose the perfect home, he negotiated a very good price and then stuck with us for a full year, negotiating multiple extensions, before we could finally sell our previous house and close on this one. Bob was an excellent realtor. He was extremely responsive and patient. We were shopping for a home in Southern Pines from out of town. Bob was extremely quick in setting up all house showings and getting all of our questions answered the same or next day. We were house shopping in ice and snow and Bob was always available. He would often rearrange his schedule to accommodate our schedule. He was open and honest about properties and offer amounts. He knows the area very well and showed us around multiple times.
