My wife and I have lived in Andover for over 40 years. Our son and daughter play hockey and enjoy fishing and swimming. We love our city and take part in as many local events as we can.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Contact a realtor about the buying process. The realtor should be able to explain the entire process and give great advise throughout.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Create a game plan with your realtor before starting the process. There are certain things that need to happen and others that don’t, in order to prepare your house to sale.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with pretty much every kind of client. Whether your a first time home buyer, move up buyer/seller, downsizing, moving for work, retiring, relocating for a job and estate sales, I’ve helped in all these scenarios.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My fondest transaction memory was with a first time seller. The seller had built this particular home over 60 years ago. After his wife died, he needed help moving into a smaller home closet to his grandchildren. It was a difficult process at first, with all the memories of a lifetime. Once we found the new home to move into, my client was overjoyed with emotions. I was able to sell his house for much higher than he expected. Since this transaction, My client and I have stayed in touch ever since.
