We had a desire to move to Scottsdale, where we have three children and two grandchildren, so we decided to sell our home in the guard-gated community of Roma Hills in Henderson. We looked at a few Realtors, one of whom we had done business with before, but we were also aware of friends who had used the Rob Jensen Company. Rob and his crew came highly recommended, so we decided to go with them. We were amazed by the variety of experts within the company. From staging the house for sale to capturing professional photos and videos, there was someone for everything. The team provided feedback from potential buyers after every showing, which was extremely helpful. Overall, we found the competence throughout the organization to be particularly impressive.
We first worked with Rob Jensen in 2007. He was very professional, he understood us immediately, and he definitely knew what he was doing. He suggested some changes, and our house sold quickly after that. When we decided to sell another property in 2021, we immediately called the Rob Jensen Company because we knew they would get us the best possible price. We followed Robs suggestions to get the house ready, and he even sent over his stager Saundra to help us a few times. Overall, the team was very professional and detailed. Having them on our side was a big plus.
When we decided to relocate to Idaho, we needed to sell our home in Las Vegas. Our friend referred us to the Rob Jensen Company because he had worked with them before. We were out of town at the time, so we called Rob and gave him our door code. He looked at the house, gave us his opinion on the list price, and suggested some changes we should make. We decided to list with him right away. Rob took the initiative to get things going while we were still out of town. We were impressed by how efficient the team was. From staging to choosing new flooring, they took care of everything when we couldnt physically be there to do it. Plus, there was always someone at each showing appointment to get the home ready and lock up afterward. On our first offer, Rob advised us to take $25,000 in earnest money. We would have been okay with $5,000, but we were glad we took Robs advice because that offer fell through. Our second offer came with some repair requests, so the team scheduled contractors and handled everything. Their professionalism was above and beyond. We were blown away.
When the real estate market was right and it was time to sell our custom guard-gated home in Willow Creek, we knew we needed a Realtor capable of finding the right type of buyer. This was our first sale in Nevada, so we interviewed four Realtors. Rob set himself apart because he knew the market. Everybody said I was crazy for the price point I had in mind, but Rob said, aEURoeHey, let's go for it.aEUR? After that, Robs team came in and did all the work. They were all very professional and put out a good product. I also had great communication with Rob the whole time. We ended up selling for more than we thought we could get.
In the fall of 2021, we decided to sell our house in the guard-gated community of Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas. We chose to wait until spring, knowing it would be a better time to sell, but we interviewed a few Realtors in the fall. We really liked the Rob Jensen Companys marketing materials, specifically the quality of the videos, and we felt like Rob did everything to the next level. We went back and forth on the price for a long time. Our biggest fear was that the house would stay on the market too long as a result of price, because out of the three Realtors we interviewed, Rob suggested the highest price point. Ultimately, he was right; we received three different offers and sold in under a month. Every time weve sold a home in the past, we worked with a single Realtor with a hired photographer, so we were impressed by Robs team of experts. Everyone had a lot of respect for our property. It never felt like anyone was slacking. They always stayed in touch with us, and Rob was always there to answer our questions. It was a great experience, and now we get to be closer to our out-of-state family.
The market in Las Vegas at that time was at an all-time high, so I reached out to Rob to see what the opportunity was like for selling my custom home in The Ridges. It turned out to be great, so we put it on the market, and it sold real fast. I think one reason the home sold so quickly was the marketing done by Rob and his team. I anticipated that the time between listing and selling would be much greater. Given the fact that it was a large custom home in The Ridges with very unique amenities, it had to appeal to a certain buyer market that was probably fairly small. The way the home was presentedaEUR"with the marketing materials, the video, and all of the extra efforts that went into itaEUR"made it a compelling purchase. I got everything I was asking for and then some, so it was a great experience. The results couldn't have turned out any better.
We first met Rob when we were selling our house in Eagle Hills in 2014. We interviewed three brokers, and we really liked Robs demeanor, his low-pressure approach, and his market knowledge. This was not our first home purchase, but it was our first time buying a home in Las Vegas. While quarantining with family near Lone Mountain, we fell in love with the area. At first, we considered buying a home there, but we changed our minds after seeing a few homes in The Ridges. Our agent Monica, a Realtor with the Rob Jensen Company, was a dream to work with. After renting out our home in Las Vegas for many years, we decided to sell because we saw the market going back up. My husband found Rob online after doing some research. We chose him because he sold more properties in our neighborhood, Red Rock Country Club, than the Realtor we previously worked with. Karen stayed on them for weeks to get me that money. She didn't have to do that. The deal was done. They all could have just walked away, but she and Rob stuck around to make sure I got that money back.I would definitely choose the Rob Jensen Company again. They were very thorough, and I liked Robs calm personality. There was no drama. Just action.
My fathers house in Siena came into my possession when he died. I live out of state, so it wasnt convenient for me to come to Vegas often.
