1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Please take the time to meet with your agent for a buyers consultation. During this initial meeting we will learn more about how to service you, and also provide ou a great education about the home-buying process.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

There are lots of no-cost and low-cost ways to make sure your home looks appealing to the greatest amount of potential buyers. Neat and clean goes a very long way in adding appeal.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of client imaginable!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

Many years ago I was working in the industry as a real estate investor, and a local broker suggested that I obtain a real estate license. Little did I know how much I would LOVE being a real estate agent!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

My education/training includes: MBA - Masters degree from Temple University. CRPS - Certified real Estate Pricing Specialist. MRP - Military Relocation Professional. ALC - Member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council.
