I was an out of state landlord and needed to sell my rental home fast. I requested info from about 10 sales agents. Robert was the first to respond. So I went with him and never had any regrets. He spent several weeks counseling me. He was encouraging and always upbeat. He answered my every questions quickly and succinctly. He never pressured me. He got me more for my home than I thought possible. From date of signing on the dotted line with him, my house sold and escrow closed all within about 1 month. I was out of state when house sold, and he, without charge, was willing to return my wi-fi router and saved me the $150 for which I would have gotten dinged. Through out the whole process I always judged him to be totally honest and above board. Was a joy to work with. A very pleasant , courteous, and kind man.

We recently worked with Robert on selling our home. Robert was very organized, walked us through the whole process and had excellent support for each step. He has a great network of all services that are needed, such as handyman, gardener, cleaning service, inspection, staging. Robert created a schedule with all steps indicated there and we were able to adhere to this schedule!
