ZillowVERIFIEDTrue to his words, Bobby genuinely loves to coach people to succeed. Bobby and his brother Stephen assisted me in maximizing my profit when I sold my house. I was in a hurry to sell for cash because cash sales are generally faster than the traditional ways of selling and I was avoiding long mortgage approval processes, but Bobby made me understand and realize that selling for cash has probable disadvantages, such as low offers and fewer competition. Listening to Bobby's advice on putting my house on the market (and to increase my patience) was a huge profit for me! Bobby also is quick to respond when I have questions. He does not mind receiving texts from me when I have queries that are anything related to buying/selling a house after work hours and he texts me back as soon as he has the answer. Lastly, Bobby helped me find the best real estate lawyer and mortgage lender. The real estate lawyer guided me through the process in simple words and ways for me to understand. Bobby also recommended to me a lender who I believe was the best for my specific needs, and they made sure my mortgage application process went smoothly and very well. I wasnt always up to speed with technology for the process of submitting documents (LOL) but he and his entire team were patient and this transaction went through seamlessly.
