Right from the start they walked us through the buying process in detail, explained what each step was going to entail, and what his team would be doing vs what was expected of us. He showed us a great set of houses on day 1, including one that we fell in love with. From there, they did everything to make sure our offer would be the one accepted, and then worked with the seller to address issues that came up in the inspection to sweeten the deal for us. They definitely have a passion for what they do, and a sincere and genuine interest in helping their clients. I quickly recognized that Robert was the agent I wanted selling my home when we met to discuss how he and his team would do it. His presentation covered the detailsaEUR|what to do to prepare the home for sale, his pricing and marketing strategies (they resulted in a huge outreach and multiple contracts), a courtesy home inspection (did identify things that I did fix to put a potential buyer more at ease), and his approach for reviewing offers and helping me select the one best for me. Robert was accessible and he kept me fully informed always. He masterfully helped me overcome two significant issues. The first was a buyer backed out one week prior to closing. He immediately contacted me, updated the listing and pushed a social media blitz. It resulted in 11 showings in two days and 4 contracts. The second involved the late discovery of an underground fuel oil storage tank that quickly became a difficult issue to resolve with the buyer. The Due Diligence period was about to expire and the sale was at risk. Robert and his team expertly navigated the issue and the buyer and I reached an acceptable solution.
