He's very knowledgeable about the area and and other agents.There were several things I liked about Rob, but the main thing is he always shot us straight. We looked at several dozen homes and because we were living in a hotel at the time we needed to get into a place NOW. Rob was the one to make sure we didn't overlook anything wrong with the house. He's the one that pointed out the rotten wood... he's the one that pointed out the wiring problems... he's the one spotted the mold behind the baseboards.. etc. My job has me moving a lot and we've worked with quite a few different agents. I always felt that realtors were minimizing problems with the homes, trying to push me to buy. Not with this guy. I felt like he was going to make sure we didn't get rooked.THAT is huge in my book. This guy is not just out to make a sale, but out to make sure his people get taken care of. That's exactly the reason over three years later when transferred for work, I went back to Rob to sell the house he helped us buy in the first place.
