Simply, don't buy or sell with anyone except Rob and Beth at Personal Realty Advisers. I have both bought and sold a house with Personal Realty Advisers over the past two years. They are experts in the real estate market, and it shows from the first contact to closing. When I was purchasing my house, they brought to my attention several items in the house I wanted that I had not noticed (including a little termite dust below one door that even the homeowners did not know about). When I was selling my house, they provided detailed information on what I needed to do to prepare my house. I compared my list with theirs and there were many things they said I did not need to do, which saved me time and money. They provided extremely detailed information on the current market, and I felt very comfortable in listing the house. They did an excellent job of marketing my house, including 3-D photos, neighborhood flyers, and a custom website. The first weekend, we had 91 people tour the house and two competitive offers.
