We have nothing but the highest praise for her skills, and we were reinforced in our impressions by the response we got from other professionals we met in the process -- insurance brokers, attorneys, property management -- "Oh, you have the best broker!" Seemed like she knew everyone on the island! She was the height of professionalism -- she listened to what we wanted, showed us properties within our price range, and adjusted the viewings according to feedback we gave her. We had to make several different offers in order to stay within budget, and she was completely supportive and gracious during this process. After the contract was signed, she helped us negotiate the entire mortgage application and closing process. We never sent her an email to which she did not reply within an hour. Throughout, she was friendly and encouraging and most of all, very calm. We plan to recommend her enthusiastically to friends who may buy in Hilton Head.
