Experience Counts, Results Matter. Make sure you hire an experienced agent who will negotiate on your behalf and make sure the agent transparent, honest and has your best interest at heart. Marketing is a key component, however, negotiating to get the top dollar for your home is extremely important. Ask the agent to show you what their days on market are, sales price to list price, and what percentage of homes they have had to do price reductions on.

We work with a lot of clients who either need to upgrade or downgrade their homes, making us experts in contingent escrow transactions, by helping our clients simultaneously sell their home will purchasing another one. We recently sold a home that we listed at $469,000, it appraised at $440,000 and we negotiated the price all the way to $480,000. The professional photos, videos, and social media marketing efforts brought in multiple offers, while our negotiation efforts ensured the transaction ran smoothly and the seller sold their home for the highest price per square foot in that neighborhood earning our clients more money on the sale of their home than they had anticipated.

We went into Real Estate full time in 2004. We wanted a career we could love and that would allow us to focus on our family. Real Estate gave us that opportunity and we have never looked back.

Christy obtained her Real Estate License in 1998 and Robert joined the business in 2004. Since then they have been top producers in their office. They are also in the Top 1% of Agents in the Inland Empire. Robert & Christy are proud members of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors. As such they are continually educating themselves to stay abreast of the changing Real Estate Market. They are both GRI, SFR, and CHS certified and have both been active educators to other agents in their office. Christy is also an active Real Estate Coach for agents and serves on the Agent Leadership Council in their office.
