Robert did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house in Escondido remotely. Throughout our 7 month process of actively bidding on properties, Robert was calm, positive, and an aggressive negotiator. If we had questions, he immediately got back to us with an answer. We were looking for our forever home during the craziest market I have ever seen. Houses were selling for $50,000. to $200,000. + over asking price in one or two days. We did not want to overpay, nor did we want to lose. Bidding was sort of a guessing game, but with Robert?s help we were usually very close to the selling price. What made this process even more challenging was, we lived in Wisconsin. Not a problem for Robert, he just FaceTimed us for the open houses. Almost every weekend, he was FaceTiming us. We probably looked at over 25 properties and actively bid on about 11 during the 7 month process. I believe that action goes above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agent. Robert did an outstanding job finding our forever home. With his patience and persistence and knowledge of the market, we get to retire in Oceanside.
