We have so many wonderful things to say about our experience with Robert. From the jump he was eager to learn about our wants/needs and made every effort to help us find the perfect place. He was always available, accommodating to our schedule, held a hefty knowledge of what to look for when touring a home, the minor or major issues of any single property, market values of the many areas we searched, stipulations for different loans, the list could go on. On top of his knowledge and expertise, he was personable, easy to understand and to get on with. His connections with others in the home buying industry made our experience seamless and carefree. (Long overdue)Nixa We found Robert eager, willing and able too assist us, I am no easy client to find property for as Robert found out. If it were just a house , He found us fabulous prospects But" for us and I being a car buff I also threw in a 3,000.or bigger shop adding also a split level Hm. w- separate entry/living and accommodations too keep our family intact.. He handled every every task I threw at Him," from a video walk through , contact County offices , If I stumped him on a question He had the answer by closing or called that evening or at the latest the next day.. He did bounce around quite a bit from central Nixa Mo. Robert, had to reach farther out than Nixa to meet our needs...I am not one to blow smoke ! Robert Is a 5 star.. (my opinion) He couldn't make the sale due to personal changes that hampered our move. We can't speak highly enough about His tenacity too find what you! would be looking for to call HOME... Robert helped me and my husband buy a house recently and the process went really smoothly and we closed early. Everything went well and Robert is very helpful. Definitely would recommend. He found us a house that I thought we wouldn't be interested in but we fell in love with the house and we were super comfortable with the price of the home as well. Give him a try and you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend him. Couldn't express this enough. Many reasons I rate him this way but here are a few that stand out- he didn't apply any pressure but he effectively helped us process hard decisions. He gives space and knows when to help and also advocates with all the other professionals well. He took us serious without us having to prove ourselves. Very knowledgeable on many levels from house repairs, to land, to financing etc. Not afraid to find answers for things he may not know. He even went the extra mile to bring his UTV to show us the acreage. I highly recommend him. He is honest, pleasant, authentic, knowledgeable, hard worker. You want him in your team.
