We have bought and sold a few houses with different agents who were very good and I only say this to give a reference point. Robert however is the best of them all. He is the hardest working person around. He gives sound advice and guidance. He puts a combination of his expertise, hard work and magic into marketing your house. After working with multiple real estates over the years, we can easily say Robert is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. When we decided to sell our Scotts Valley home we found Robert because of his successes with other homes in the neighborhood. We were quickly impressed with his track record. When we met with him to discuss the sale of our home we were even more impressed with his approach and market knowledge. I'll explain in 'll ore detail in a moment. What we didn't expect was the in depth team support he brought to the table. Robert and his team helped is freshen up our home and complete a few projects we had in process. He brought a team of support from his office along with a wealth of resources from painting to landscaping and general repairs to movers. We relied heavily on his team to provide resources to get our house on the market quickly while at the same time respecting that this was our home and a reflection of who we are. All the projects were completed on time and on budget and reflected our personal style. We found each of the contractors gives his clients top priority, in schedule, quality and value. They were a pleasure to have in our home.As we finished the projects it was time to finalize the listing price and complete the marketing plan. We were nervous over the listing price which was much higher than we expected. We ultimately decided on the high side and were amazed to have received multiple offers in 3 days well over asking price. Robert did a fantastic job negotiating the the best contract by eliminating our risks and ended up at $55k over asking. We can't stress enough the professionalism Robert and his team and their attention to detail. They looked out for our best interest throughout the process and exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt, Robert Aldana is by far the best Agent I have ever met. No doubt the best in the area. I met Robert while searching for a home. I was first impressed with the website he built for the house I was looking at. He builds these stellar individualized websites that use your address as the URL. He uses professional photographers to present your home. He uses 3D scans so every home has a virtual your. Then he tops it all off with videos, aerial drone footage, and music. When we saw this, we said this is how we want to have our home presented. We put a bid on the house he was selling, but it was contingent on selling ours. We were so impressed with Roberts work we hired him to sell our home. We had 18 days to sell in order to remove the contingency on the home we wanted. I admit I was skeptical if we could get what we needed in order to purchase the new home. Robert was confident we could get what we needed. Over the next 4 days, Robert project managed our home, hiring painters, contractors, carpet cleaners, maids window washers, gardeners, garbage hauler, and movers to put most of our stuff in storage so we could stage our home perfectly. It was a monumental effort from everyone. We were mentally and physically exhausted. But Robert was there every day coordinating everything. He even helped move all our plants to a friends house with his truck. In 5 days our home was transformed. He brought in the photographer and the next day we had a perfect website, we were listed and we had an open house scheduled the next day. In 4 days we had an offer $220k over asking. We closed and moved into our perfect new home a few weeks later. But it didnt end there. The whole expedited process left us drained. So Robert gifted us with a couples massage at a local spa near our new home. And the red carpet didnt end there. He took us on a tour of our new neighborhood and took us to dinner at one of his favorite restaurants. Weeks later he helped us with repairs on our new home and ever helped with a home warranty when we had some trouble with our new dishwasher and AC. The point is Robert is more than an Agent. He goes way above and beyond. He and his team are a complete service. I cant imagine any other agent going this far for a client.
