ZillowVERIFIEDRobert helped me sell my house. He listed the house, and I got the offer in a week. Most realtors take professional pictures & videos, but the difference Robert showed was his approach. He first got the appraisal for the house. He discussed with us with the appraisal value so that we knew what range we can initiate the sale and for which amount we can accept the offer. The other difference I saw was the way he had the billboards for Open House and his reporting back to us on what happened in open house. The happy part is, he got an offer in a week and with just one open house but the sad part is, I could not see more of his professional selling experience/unique approach. However, I am excited with the happy part and will definitely recommend Robert to anyone who is interested to sell / buy house.

From the moment we started looking to even after the closing she has been nothing but available to us and willing to help with anything we need. She answered every question we had in a way we understood. She attended every inspection or meeting with the house even if we couldnt or if she really didn't need to. When something was wrong she was our advocate. After closing on the house we had some issues with the AC unit and she responded and helped us connect with a company locally to get it fixed.
