ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Robbin was a wonderful experience. She was incredibly helpful and made the process of buying my first home much easier. I work third shift, and she was flexible to work with my schedule. She answered all of my many questions. One thing I noticed and appreciated is that when she is with you, she doesn't respond to texts or answer her phone. When you are with her, her attention is uninterrupted. When you are trying to get ahold of her, if she doesn't answer immediately, she gets back to you quickly. I would definitely recommend Robbin.

ZillowVERIFIEDI actually began working with Robbin in 2009 when I contacted her for a market value on my home. She spent several hours with me, going over all the information and questions I had even though she knew I probably would not list that year and was considering selling without an agent. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way however she was very thorough in her information on the pros and cons of selling with and without an agent. When I did list with her in 2010 and again in 2011 she was always very respectful of my wishes, understanding my unique situation she was always willing to advise me but never pressuring me to lower my price. During this time she also willingly and patiently showed me many homes though she knew I was not ready to buy until my home sold. I found Robbin to be both aggressive in her approach and sensitive to my timing. I will definitely call on her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIEDRobbin showed us homes for almost a year and put offers on several houses for us. She responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question and stayed on top of what we needed to be doing during each step of the process. Needless to say, we worked her very hard but she was always upbeat and optimistic with us and available when we needed her. She is also very knowledgeable in her field and up to date on the latest real estate rules and laws. In summary, if we have to do this again in this area, we wouldn't use another realtor!
