When had been looking for a while and when we told him we were going to sell, he sold our home in less than 24hrs...Never even put a sign out front. In a matter of days he found us the home we were looking for in the area we were looking. I was amazed(He came out and showed it to us on his birthday, which was on a Sunday as well) We had a small hiccup at the closing table with the sellers of our new home and Robbie told us to wait on signing the papers, which saved us from a potential court battle later if we did sign. it forced the sellers to do what they promised, If you are buying or selling, he is the guy you want with you...He deserves more commission than he received.
