What I appreciate about Robb the most is that he knows how to add value to the process. His intimate knowledge about all of the different neighborhoods helped to narrow down my choices. After finding a possible house, he can give you insights about zoning laws and possible view obstructions rather than letting you fall in love with a view that he knows is going to disappear someday, maybe sooner than later. His team takes care of all the little details once escrow opens from processing paperwork, lining up various inspections and following up on any issues that come up.
