After finding a possible house, he can give you insights about zoning laws and possible view obstructions rather than letting you fall in love with a view that he knows is going to disappear someday, maybe sooner than later. His team takes care of all the little details once escrow opens from processing paperwork, lining up various inspections and following up on any issues that come up. Based on his concern and kindness, I'm sure he'll continue to be a resource even after the close of escrow.

Marry that with his "can-do" attitude and it is a winning combination that doesn't stop at the contract. Rather Robb and his team worked throughout the due diligence process, coordinating and being present at every inspection and looked the ball into the catcher's mitt.
