Rob Rogers

I grew up in Westlake, Ohio and attended Westlake High School. I went to Bowling Green State University and received a Bachelor in Business Administration(BSBA). I was a dual major in Purchasing and Sales Operation Management. After taking an internship, I decided to get my Masters degree in Business Administration. It was during my MBA courses I developed a passion for entrepreneurship. After graduation I successfully opened multiple successful small businesses that are still prospering today. During my business ventures I was constantly paying rent to others as a tenant. Building success in someone else's building was a thorn in my side, and on top of that, I was still renting a house with my wife! This fueled my desire to achieve a higher net worth by diving into the real estate market, so I began purchasing properties all around Westlake in 2010. I mostly purchased single family homes and condos, fixed them up and rented them out for long term leases. I was confident in the residential side prospering so I decided to purchase a commercial plaza in Westlake. I understand all aspects of the process of real estate. I would now like to help others achieve a higher net worth in real estate. I also enjoy helping others buy and sell homes in the area that I love and reside - Westlake, Ohio. I have 3 young kids and a beautiful wife and I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am so excited to assist you on your excitement of selling your current home and buying a new home!
