Robert and Joanie took the stress and worry off my shoulders right away. Within a couple of days Joanie sat down with me to discuss the process. She brought comparison home sales in the area and we decided on an asking price. She walked through the house and made a few suggestions on staging the house for selling. A couple of days later they came back, took pictures and listed my house. That weekend I had an open house. Two days later she called saying there were two offers. We met to discuss them both and one was accepted. After a couple weeks we found the buyer's loan fell through and without missing a step we continued. More offers came in. Finally another offer was accepted and finalized the sell.
