They had a great relationship with the loan officer and the selling agent we worked with. Originally I was worried we would even find a home in this crazy housing market. But they made it possible for me! They made sure we were able to view as many homes as possible. I sent a request to Joan late at night to view a home and we were touring the home the very next day (happens to be the one we closed on!) Being a first time home buyer I had so many questions.. but they made sure to answer all our questions and even gave us advice when we asked for it. I expected the home buying process to be extremely stressful but they made it so simple and stress free. They took care of everything on the back end and constantly gave me updates.
