My wife and I just sold our house in Riverside with the assistance of Rob Murray; he was terrific in every respect. We initially planned to sell a year ago, but decided to postpone sale due to the pandemic; Rob was completely supportive. When we had a leak in the kitchen that forced up the wooden floorboards, he found the perfect person to take care of it and all the other problems we encountered over the past year. Whenever we had questions, he always got back to us immediately. In determining the appropriate asking price, his advice proved spot-on. When the house went on sale at the beginning of April, he arranged an amazing video, including daylight, twilight and drone shots; overall, the marketing he provided was excellent. When we received two offers for the house, Rob provided an excellent review of the strengths and weaknesses of each one, and we were able to sell the house above our asking price. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than Rob in helping someone to sell his/her house.
