He told me about a listing that was just hours on the market and definitely communicated with me timely until the day of closing. I work nights, so he was willing to get calls at odd times. I felt that he was on my side, especially when I was feeling discouraged during negotiations. He connected me with local contractors and inspectors, and facilitated getting second opinions. He also listed and found a buyer for my house. He was patient with me and questions I had about parts of the contracts; gave perspective so I didn't get bogged down in some of the verbiage. In the end he saved me in the neighborhood of 14K.
